Poison control centres: how to notify your dangerous mixtures?

At present, the declaration to poison control centres is specific to each Member State of the European Union. Each state has its own site and format.

In April 2019, ECHA announced the launch of its European portal for declarations to poison control centres. This portal makes it possible to make a single declaration at the European scale, without relying on national portals, which can still remain active.

As a matter of fact, countries will not be obliged to cancel national declarations. Inter-connections with national platforms have not yet been defined and are thus left to the goodwill of the Member States.

In this context:

What are your reporting obligations for 2019?

Which Member States are ready?

What is the reporting schedule?

Agenda:

Presentation of the European declaration portal to poison control centres

A new feature: the Unique Formula Identifier (UFI)

The provisional timetable for the effective implementation of the single European declaration

Reporting obligations during this transition period
