The Green Deal & Energy Innovation : what should the new European Commission do during its first 100 days in office?

The European Commission has a new President, Ursula von der Leyen. She has chosen to make climate her top priority  by establishing a European Green Deal in her first 100 days in Office. To deliver this deal, she nominated several key people. Among them, Frans Timmermans as Executive Vice-President of the European Commission, Mariya Gabriel for youth & innovation, Kadri Simson for energy will work together to support clean energy innovation in Europe. They are being grilled by the European Parliament from September 30th to October 8th.

What have candidates Timmermans, Gabriel and Simson promised to the European Parliament? What should the new European Commission do during its first 100 days in office, and during its mandate, to accelerate clean energy innovation ?
